White Smoke @ idle

Hey guys was wandering if ya"ll could push me in the right direction. At idle i have white smoke and also smeel exhaust fumes of which i haven't had neither in the past. 2004 5. 9 175 k on the miles. If anybody in the Houston area knows of a good mechanic i am looking

Leaky injector(s)? Symtom when I had a leaky injector #5 replaced was white smoke for 40-60 seconds on a cold start.

May be too far out of the way for you but I have used Weaver Motors in Kirbyville since 98, tried local dealer, not good results. bg

check your dipstick

The crankcase may be getting diluted with fuel. Leaking injector maybe.
