I did a search on white smoke, but found none that are like my problem. I was at the house the other day and one of my buddies was showing off his cheby revving his engine so I revved mine and a huge puff of white smoke came out and felt like it was missing bad. engine was nice and warm too. Doesent have any stumble issue or lack of power at any speed or load either.

could this be the vp44 I do have 1690 dtc also.

P1690 (M) Fuel Injection Pump CKP Sensor Does Not Agree With ECM CKP Sensor Problem in fuel sync signal. Possible injection pump timing problem. Low power, engine derated, or engine stops.

It doesn't sound too good for your VP. Mine stumbled like that minutes after dynoing 372/944. It died 2 months later. May or may not be but you'd better start saving your pennies! :(

Hmm tryed to take my superchip to my brothers and stack it with his tst just for fun and the tuner told me I needed to have an update, and dont work anymore. no more codes also. making me think the tuner is to blame.
