Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) white smoke on startup

Have white smoke at startup, not much.

Outside temp is mid to hi 90s.

Just installed a 60 hp quadzilla box and 60 hp injectors with 4 in exhaust.

Have not messed with waste gate.

Never had this prob b/4 mods, does this correlate.

Please help.

I just looked at a friends 99. He had a failed lift pump and white smoke @ 2500 RPM. My suggestion is first check your lift pump pressure. Just because you here the pump running doesn't mean you have lift pump presssure. Also you could have air in the fuel or a variety of things, but with the track record I would say check the lift pump.

Every time mine has done this it has been water in the fuel filter canister. First thing I would do is change the fuel filter.
