It doesnt. I figure extra crank case pressure is like having more boost...

Couldnt hurt anything could it?

You do not want pressure in your crank case, thats why theirs a vent. You could possibly blow seals/gaskets out, or cause them to leak.

It was a joke to see who all was paying attention :-laf. I hope no one took it serious, cause yes it could blow out seals like you suggested :D

funny how threads go down hill real fast these days

what exactly is downhill about it???? The only negative comment in this thread, you have made. Don't worry though, I promised Rob I would leave this thread alone to keep his user name from getting banned by an ex-TDR poster :-laf

it is mostly off topic, but it was a joke though. did not know it would ruffle your feathers :p

we want to get some dyno numbers out of it first before we do anything else to it. but a cam maybe in the near future for his truck and depending on how the install goes mine also.

My "fairly stock" motor has a little blow by. I use DINO oil too. I know you guys are on that amsoil kick. May be something to do with the breakdown of the amsoil. :-laf But it is quite normal for the haze to be there. I have crawled under a few at work and looked to see and even on a brand new 06 there is haze and there was only 3500 miles on it.
