HEY WAYNE - I Think the same Guy changes MY oil too!!!! :) I can tell by the big oil slick on My garage floor every month or so... .

DENNY... ... ... ... ... .

:D I change my own. I installed a remote oil filter system down under the radiator and a quick oil change plug from Geno's. Takes me 6 minutes start to finish. First time I did the oil change with the new quick plug (No wrenching involved), it felt like I was performing an unnatural act. But I got use to it. I do my own maintenance just because I enjoy working on the truck and taking care of it. To those who do not, Come to the Dark Side!

I change my one oil. But it is real easy as us amsoil so just change filter and add one guart every 3000 miles. Then change the bypass filter and add one guart every 15000 miles .

When I bought my 92 3/4 ton turbo diesel, the dealer offered free oil changes for life. I asked what oil they provided.

The service manager said they use Quaker State 30 weight.

I sometimes let them change it but provided my own oil.

When I upgraded to the 94 2500, I didn't even bother with them.

I change all the fluids and filters myself and will continue to do so.

No problem getting rid of the used oils. A local truck repair shop burns it in their shop heater and will take all I can give them.
