Just got home from a hectic day of trying to refinance the truck to get the xwifes name off of the title. Found out I can get a new truck just as easy as refinancing my old one, and for nearly the same payment. I now have on order an '06. Same as my '04. 5 except Inferno red and sun roof. :D Oo. Oo. Should be here in 6 to 8 weeks.

Never thought I would ever thank the ex for anything ever again. :-laf

Ex's

Well,

Just don't tell her that as ex's have a way of ripping your genitals out through your wallet! :-{} I can hear it now... "your honor, if he can afford THAT truck, he can afford more alimony!"

Well, actually, I can too! Two weeks ago I just mailed off my last child support payment. A day later, I also ordered an inferno red '06 Laramie!

Thanks but no thanks. I can buy a truck anywhere and any time, but you only find the right woman once in a life time.

I agree, my girl says I can't have a Mega Cab right now, but I think I can talk her into it later :-laf

Heck I bought to buy my wife a CTD. 98 12 valve 3500 4x4. I couldn't find a better wife. Oo. I'm just running out of bombing money. Her's is the black one.

Got a divorce, traded the 02, got the 05 to get her name off, sold the house she didn't want hahaha Now i have 400 to the ground, the 02 265rwhp. It wasn't that bad after all. BOMBING is the cure all for me. I never let her drive my truck :)

Always makes me go 'hmmm'... average time spent in prison for murder? 7 years. Compared to how many years of court and payments for a divorce? I'm a nasty divorce survivor if you couldn't tell! BUT. . just makes me go "hmmmm". Not worth killing over.

And THANK GOD married to a very very good woman now. Fifteen years and counting. Let me see... a 2003 she's letting me make a sled puller and a new 2006! And that's the least of it; much more good stuff that matters a lot more. We have custody of our boys. The 2 oldest graduating college next summer. One more at home now; etc.

Oo.

One of the lessons learned you single youngsters should take note of -- marry a woman that doesn't mind (and preferrably enjoys) your hobbies.

This begs the question:

What do you trade in more often (for a new model),

wives or CTD Rams??? :D

Well, for me it's now two for two. :{

But the good thing is my new truck will not :-{} with me all the time like the last ex did. That and it looks a heck of a lot better besides. :-laf

JThiessen, feel's good huh? Like minds must think alike. :-laf And keep an eye out for a pm, I have a question for you.

I'm hearin ya! I've paid support for my two since '92, the youngest is graduating next month. Of course the oldest is more expensive now with college, and the youngest will be there next year, LOL. Two in college is gonna cost more than the support payments, LOL.

Boy, that's the truth. Mine decided on Baylor for her education (30K/year). She enlisted in ROTC to get the funding help, but we still have to help pay for the first year.

I'll be keeping an eye out phloop
