MI, OH, IN - Free food!!!

sorry never been there on race day. but my home town is less than 30 miles from there. use to here them run 10 miles away while working on a farm. next to the lake. Have fun, wish I could go.

I'll be there. I haven't been since '96, and I think they have changed up the campgrounds and make you pay now #ad
. I believe there will be several TDR members there. we were discussing this in another thread some time ago, but I can't remember which one.

Gitchesum,

I'll be there as always - this is the 7th year for the annual pilgrimage. Unfortunately, my RAM will be at home; my gang will fly down to Atlanta and get a rental for the ride to Talladega.
It won't be the same this year w/o 3.

Texas was the wildest this year than I have ever seen out there in the campgrounds. Talladega was wild last time I was there, so I'm looking forward to it! Do you guys take your 4-wheelers? I am getting pumped up and I can't wait!

We need a TDR flag to fly so we can find each other. If y'all see two young fat guys that are drunk and have a silver 2500 QC 4x4 long bed and a 36 ft Manhattan TT, that'll be me and my buddy!!!

I actually thought about taking a four-wheeler there. Not sure if you could or not. I got a camper reserved for that weekend so look for the big white dually with all the "bubba stuff" bolted on all four sides. Picture of the truck is on my site below. We will definately have to get-together while we're there.

Everybody and their dog had 4-wheelers or golf carts running around at Texas. It was actually a pain to fight all of them and try to get anywhere in a truck. I don't know if they allow that at Talledega or not.

Plans are for me to leave on Thursday evening. I should get there sometime early Friday morning. I'll be looking for others when I get there.
