Cylinder Heads New 335.00 dollars

Hi all,

I just discovered that my tailpipe on my '99's exhaust system is no longer attached to the muffler. :D Now I can justify a new 4" system to the Boss! :-laf Who has the best fitting system (ease of installation) and price?

Should I go with stainless or aluminized? Any other things I should look for?

Thanks

MBRP from PDR! I have installed 4 or 5 of their systems with no problems. T-409 Stainless Steel... You wont go wrong!

Dirt cheap good 4" from JEGS. I know no out side of ohio know to much about this system but I have it on my truck and love it. Quiet in the cab... fairly loud outside. When I see the overpass coming I try and floor it so I can hear it scream!

I have to join the Rip crowd. Took less than 2 hours to install. Had one bug, called him and he straightened it out. Sounds Awesome!! Oo.

... About that "drone" issue...

I had a serious drone in my stock exhaust, especially when towing in the hills at about 1800 RPM - a 30 inch length of heavy angle-iron U-bolted to the front section of exhaust pipe cured that - but sure would hate to start over again with a new 4 inch system - what are you 4 inch guys (exhaust pipe, that is) experiencing in the way of drone - either mechanical vibration, or audible drone under load?
