Installation Tips (Long Post)
Replacing the rubber fuel lines is a "walk in the park" compared to installing the deluxe intercooler boots. :{
Tips
These boots DO NOT flex as the old ones do!!! Soooo.....
Turbo Side:
Before undoing clamps! Look at the position they are located.
Lay under truck and make a mark on the intercooler neck and boot. Also on boot and intercooler pipe. This is important as the boot is an ell and the pipe has a bend in it. Remove lowest clamp and then remove both clamps and boot near the turbo elbow. Remove pipe and lowest boot as a unit. Closely look at how the old boot and pipe line up. Take off old boot and install new boot in SAME position as old one and the pipe in the same position.
Hint on installing new lower & upper boots.
Use a vice to hold the pipe and lube both parts. (I used silcone grease) Use a large flat bladed screwdrive to help. The top one is the worst of the two, but you will be :-{} before its over.
Before Installation:
I remove the air cleaner assembly completely and took off the turbo lower elbow that connects to the intercooler hose. (do not lose O ring). [The reason for this is that it is VERY diffucult to get the upper hose on the on turbo elbow and keep everything lined up and/or together. ]
Installation:
Install the hose assembly from the top and adjust from under the truck until it is on the innercooler outlet. It will slide over the outlet without to much difficultly. The turbo elbow will slide EASILY into the upper hose BUT the upper hose is NOT the correct length {to long}, causing the turbo elbow to not line up. So you will have to mark hose and remove entire assemby, cut hose, reinstall.

Install turbo elbow V clamp with O ring and install intercooler hose clamps. One side done!
Air inlet side:
Mark boot elbow and outlet pipe of innercooler. Take off bottom clamp. Remove top clamps, remove pipe and lower boot. Install new lower & upper boot (check mark). From the top slide assembly downward and over innercooler outlet. You will have to go under vehicle and look.
MUCH easier that turbo side as the innercooler pipe is straight. I removed the air intake manifold which made the installaion very easy as it will slide into the upper hose. The upper hose was to long which entailed marking and removing, cutting and installing again.
Reinstall everything and your done.
