I ALWAYS fly an american flag in my front yard---on 4th of july and new years eve--I fly a revolutionary war flag above the united states flag EVERY year---neighbors have asked many times why I don't fly a confederate flag (since I'm a biker) and I always tell them that the confederates fought a bad war, for the wrong reason, AND LOST!!!---what pride is there in that?????



Now a tax on tea---thats worth fighting for!!!!



Seriously--my flag flies ALWAYS!!!!

On the house: Got two 250 watt spot lights, lighten' mine up right now. BEAUTIFUL SITE !!!

Also one on the truck & a sign in the rear window that reads:

UNITE, RISE & CONQUER.

Some people beep when they go by !!!!!!

go one on my truck. have a seven foot pole of 1. 25 conduit. THe Stars and Stripes flies ten feet above the ground and eight feet back. I will fly it every day until the WTC is cleaned up and everyone is accounted for one way or another. KEEP THE FLAG FLYING!!!!

I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets choked up and teary eyed when I see other people waving and soluting the flags in the windows and vehicles. I've had every walk of life wave, honk, give the thumbs up, salute, and break into tears.

I have a 3X5 On 7 feet of schedule 40 in the bed. I am ashamed to say it is kinda tattered after the trip from Charlotte to LI.

We've had ours flying on both our trucks (at half mast on the antenna's) and at half mast on the house since tuesday. For you guys that are looking for flags I heard on the radio yesterday that Ace Hardware is getting in a ton of flags to sell, if they don't have them in yet they should any day now.

Dad's Flag

Couldn't find a flag either so I built flag pole and hung my dad's military burial flag (US Navy WWII Pacific), complete with lights and photo cell timer. If he's looking down, I know he would approve.

House, both vehicles, every office in our company (5), even the dog has an amercan flag bandana. If there is any good to come from this- it is the sense of unity and patriotism!!

Seems appropriate again.

I always fly the Stars and Stripes, along with the POW-MIA.



Since the "Govt" has considered this an "Act of War", now

there are even more Missing in Action to be accounted for.

A few years back I stopped at a garage sale, can't resist, there was a table covered by a large flag, with a variety of junk on it. Had to have it, I asked the guy how much for the flag , 20 bucks, I helped him take the stuff off the flag and chatted for a bit. He told me it was the "coffin flag" from his sons funeral, a vet of Vietnam, I felt weird and told him he should keep it. He insisted that he did not wish to keep it any longer and asked that i display it proudly. The flag is now in my shop window and all have been told to keep the light on every night. I will have it there for one month.
