Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Who knows a lot about 3705 Superchips Tuner

I would like to know which settings affect the following:



Fuel - levels 1, 2, 3 -- which levels affect fueling

Timing -- same, 1, 2, 3 -- which levels affect it



As this doesnt do boost fooling, that is not an issue



The reason for this, is i was wondering if its possible to use in conjunction with my VanAaken box to make a little more fuel yet -- egts are still WAAAAY too controllable :-laf

I had a super chip about a year ago, and i tried to stack it with my edge drag comp but it did very very bad things. It put way too much timing in. I would like to try the super chip with the red line box to see how the act. what part of dixon are you from

Superchips does no timing.

I stacked it with my edge comp and had no problems. Dealer messed with my computer so superchips tuner is in the mail to get its memory cleared. I had no problems, but was never on a dyno so i dont know how much it helped. I do know that it smoked less on the bottom without the superchip...

WHen i tried to acc hard it was very slugish and at low RPM it was very rough like it was running on 4 or 5 cylinders. When you slowed the truck down to a stop it would act like it wanted to die but didnt.
