Can someone explain!

If I was guessing I would say a custom aftermarket. It is pretty cool looking though can't say I've seen one like it. Oo.

Looks to be a Co. somewhere in Louisville, KY from the mud flap. I know some custom bed makers do advertise with the mud flaps.

There is a place here in BurlesonTx called Aero Tow. www.Aerotowbody.com 817-447-7280. They are down the road from me and their beds look exactly like that. I tried the site says it's under construction.

Looks like Godzilla stomped on it (the red one). I hate the looks of it. Just my . 02 :-laf

The white dodge isnt much better... . no chrome or diamondplate. to set it off nicely.

The name on the mudflap is Manning Equipment, LLC

If I remember correctly, Manning is one of the "upfitters" Ford uses to install beds/bodies on the F450/550 cab and chassis trucks. After the truck is built, it is drop shipped to Manning for the bed installation. When the bed is installed, it continues on to it's destination using the factory's transportation/delivery system. Fontaine has the same arrangement with Ford. The truck and special bed arrives at the dealership as one unit on one invoice from the factory which makes the paper work and retail financing easier for the buyer.
