Who sell's Bio Kits / Systems ?

I would like to find out who sells a complete kit/system that works and actually comes with proper way to make bio/wvo.

I bought the book by GirlMark about a year ago, but have no time myself now to make my own still as of yet. I have seen some web-sites that sell as much as 3000 but that is way too much for me to spend on a system.

Has anyone made a system affordable for us to buy and get started or are we still on the build your own trial and error?

bio / wvo / svo

git r done

the first thing you need to do is decide what way you want to go

bio = craking the oil then burning the esters and desposing of the waste

wvo,svo = heating the oil setting up the fuel system/ truck to do this two tank system seems to be the norm.

wvo,svo = blending just as it says blending filtered vegoil in with kero/gas/ipa/whatever and just burning it one tank little or no waste

this is not new its been done in europe for years

good luck have fun there are some threads inhere that are very good reading

here is a site that has great info [http://www.utahbiodieselsupply.com/biodieselkits.php#processorkit

can sell you most of the parts or kits for the processor and all you have to do is supply the hotwater heater, also a good site for very useful links

you can go for the reasonable to very the expensive

I like the KISS method and improve your processor as your experience grows

here's what we built, imagine QD connectons going to the wash barrel, then

imagine a row of four wash barrels with on average 35 gal ea, cleaning/ drying cycle takes about 1 1/2 days for good quality Bio

I order from b100supply.com and am very happy with their products and service. The owner is also very helpful on the phone if you give him a call. I highly recomend visiting the website that is something like biodiesel info pop something like that anyway, just do a search for some of those words and you will find it. There are a lot of really nice people on there that would be willing to show you their setup and let you play 20 questions with them so you will know exactly what you are getting into. I built my own and would do it again in a heartbeat it takes very basic skills and if you can't put one together yourself, you might not like all the hassle of making BD in the long run. I got tons of ideas when I built my own and have made several modifactions to make it more personalized for my application since then. Above all else have fun! Screw big oil!!! :-laf I have to say, on your first fillup on B100 you made yourself feels pretty good.

BioDieselSolutions makes complete kits and has related products. Seems pricey, make take a while to get your ROI. Making biodiesel has to be a hobby, or at least a moral imperative. It seems like a lot of work otherwise. Anyone who tells you they're making fuel for a buck a gallon isn't counting their capital costs or time invested. I'm studying it because it seems like something I want to do anyway. At least I can buy B20 commercially.
