Who sells converter with lowest stall speed?

I want my 48RE to shift more like my brother's Allison - much less slippage! When his goes into lockup, there's less than 150 rpm drop.

My experience is with DTT and I dont think I would get anything else,but I think ATS stuff is pretty good too.

Dave Goerends converters have a stator in them you can get now that the rpm only drops about 50 rpm. Give him a call. His website is www.gbtransmissions.com

Travis, I checked the website. It stated 200-400rpm drop at lockup. How does that compare to the other vendors?

I dont remember what my 91% DTT converter dropped,but it wasnt much.

J, Dave is not as computer inclined as some of the other transmission builders. The stator I am talking about is fairly new, and I don't think Dave does many updates on the 'ol website, give him a call and talk to him about it.
