I had the front end on my '92 truck aligned this morning and the shop wanted to sell me a set of front shocks. I would rather go with Blisten or Rancho 9000 shocks. Who carries Rancho shocks, and who has the best deal on them? Thanks.

KMC,

It seems that you have found a great website. They have the lowest price on the Rancho 9000s I have been able to find. Bob, thanks so much for the help, however, the offroadwharehouse.com couldn't find Blisteins for my '92 and they were ten bucks higher on the Ranchos. They were honest and said they couldn't beat the price. Sounds like great folks!

Thanks for all of the quick responses, I sure appreciate it. Maybe this will keep the wife from complaining about my truck riding like a brick outhouse. :D

Jeremy, from what I hear (based on TDR posts) another thing that greatly improves the ride on our trucks is the Skyjacker front springs. They make them with a 1" lift or a 2. 5" lift and level the truck up to boot. Those can be had through Summit Racing for $141 ea. or from a variety of other sources as well.

I plan on getting the 2. 5" springs to go with my Ranchos. In fact am waiting to get the springs before I put the Rancho's on because I sized the Ranchos witht the 2. 5" lift in mind.

Even if I couldn't improve the ride I still wouldn't trade that front solid axle D60 for anything.
