Ohio meet and convoy !!

i go up to conover where my uncle's cabin is. i was just up there on 1/7/07. there was a couple inches on the ground but the trails were mud in most areas. especially through eagle river. i'm going up there the weekend of 1/20/07 for the oval track races. right in down town eagle river. then i think in febuary sometime is the annual sno-cross championships. i'm hoping we get bombed with snow so i can go out this year yet.

It's winters like this that make me love the dirt bike. I rode in that 15 inches of snow on December 3rd and we haven't had any snow until today since then. I took my winter wheels/tires off and put my summer wheels/tires back on and have been riding on dirt since. Going to put my studded tires back on this week and will be playing in the snow again. Best of both worlds!

I did snowmobile back a while when we got enough snow where I live.

But now I go to Baraga and Twin Lakes Michigan in the U. P. you northern Wis. guy probably know that spot, I go for one week every year I have a buddy that moved up there, and me and another buddy stay at his place and ride his sleds his stuff is sweet his wife has a 440 artic cat sno pro chasis that is sweet and he rides a mountain cat that he built the motor on. If any of you ever go up there to ride, stop in and check him out he owns Snowblind Powersports, it is right on the bay in Baraga on 41. They also rent high performance sleds like thundercat ect. and he is in the works of renting digital helmet cams to recored your riding fun. You ask nice enough he may even take you on a ride where you will ride for hours on end and never once hit a marked trail all seasonal roads and woods most fresh powder nothing like carving in couple feet of powder.

If you are up there watch out though he is a Ford guy but he love's a smoke rolling diesel of anykind but seriously if up there stop in and at least pick up a spare belt or some oil. His name is Greg Stewart he is a great guy and will help you in any way he can.

That is the main reason we bought a Dodge diesel, was to haul snowmobiles. We were able to start riding before Thanksgiving this year. I bought a 2007 800 summit rev x 151 this year. What a ride. Just started the bombing process on 2002 QC SB thats been fun too

I ride a '05 Arctic Cat F7 Sno Pro in northern New Hampshire and Maine with 1 or 2 trips into Quebec towards the end of the season.

Guys where is the best place to find parts for sleds??

Lookin for a track for a 95 yamaha v-max 600 and various other parts.

Thanks

Curtis

BTW nice pic steve.

if it'll fit for sure, i'll send a check for shipping and cost. I'm not sure if it'll fit though.

do you have any more parts from the 98 ?

I am pretty sure it will fit. What parts are you needing? It is off a sled that got hit in the front, so I ahve some parts left.

i need the thumb throttle, track, track guides, windshield, and hood (which i'm sure yours isn't much good). And i need exhaust too. I got a great price on this sled and just need to fix it back up.

Thanks

Curtis
