Whos 3500 3rd Gen Dually is this? Was at a dealer in Mass

This truck looks pretty cool, I was reading on one of my other favorite automotive forums when a guy posted that this truck was traded in at his dealership and everyone thought it was really cool.

Also does anyone know what exhaust is on this truck, looks pretty nice, but I can't make out the muffler.

That looks almost identical to the truck i got my 22. 5" alcoa wheels from and they are even the same style although mine are polished
