I would contact Relentless Diesel and let them know about your rail drainning. I would suspect there is a problem with something besides the pumps. Every kit I have seen installed has not even been close to losing pressure. I cant max mine out and I have a 200hp injector. Try to get ahold of Chris and see what the problem is.

got it done, took about 6. 5-7hrs, had to affro some stuff but wasnt too bad.

still drains the rail though, i think i might have a problem with my TST. it will take 6/3 so far but will drain on 6/5,,,,,,,,,still dialing.
Are you stacking the BDDL with the tst... ... ... ... ?

why would he call relentless about anothers companys kit????

do your self a favor and call the company that you bought it from, they would know best about there product... ...

Summit ive had the relentless kit sitting on the shop floor for three weeks and finally found time to start it tonight, so far 3. 5hrs and all thats left is belt and harness, man i cant wait to finally be able to use the TST past 3/2.

I. I. is close on price now.

I am pretty sure he is saying he has the relentless kit. Am I wrong?

yes, but,,,,, i turned the download off and the rail pressure off, it's actually better with the rail pressure 1/2 on.

i obviously have a different problem (electrically) that i need to get dialed in.

im sure its not the pumps.

RCC, i dont see how the coolant pipe can be behind the pulley in the pics???

how can you close your hood without hitting the hood support??? mine is in front of the pulley. i'll post a pic.

YOU CAN SEE IN THIS PIC HOW THE PIPE HITS THE HOOD SUPPORT DEAD CENTER, THERE IS A LITTLE BLACK SPOT ON THE HOOD WHERE IT WAS STILL RUBBING

i tried, and tried, the only way it will fit is the way i have it or mod the hood gusset.

put almost 1k mi this week and after the second day everything seemed to smooth out and all seems to be good, i swear these ecm's "learn" and i think i threw it a curve ball but it seemed to relearn.

I'm sure no expert on dual cp3s, but logic tells me that running a modded pump with an oem pump would not be the best balance vs running two oem pumps,... which would seem to do better relative to keeping a balanced situation. And there are a number of guys out there running two oem pumps and I haven't read anything but good about that situation. You might reconsider using the modded pump in that setup or at least borrow a oem pump and replace the modded one for at least a trial period.

Also, I certainly agree that these ecm's learn. . NO doubt in my mind after what I've seen for myself.

By the way,... I ordered my Relentless dual cp3s yesterday. I already had two oem pumps so it was the best way to go for me. Also I could be all wet here but I'm not a big proponent of running a Dodge and D-Max pump combo. ... ... ... . Can't wait.
