It don't make any difference how many miles you have

But how you take care of your baby. I seen a truck with 500,000 and still running and In good shape also. You just got to take care of your truck and keep It looking pretty.

I've got 86500 on my '96 3500 4x4. Generally only use it to plow snow, tow trailers or haul stuff to work on the apartment's. Pretty much all "working" miles.

closer then 308k miles :-laf

Wee bit, especially since the truck is no longer the daily driver. Don't see me catching up. I did look at another 95 ext. cab 5sp in the fall. Had 55k on it. The owner retired from work bought himself an 05 and his wife a charger. Wife told him to sell the old truck. Only wanted $5500 for it. No rust, no dents I could not have asked for a better looking stock truck. Essentially had check in hand couldn't get a hold of the guy. His neighbor is a friend of mine. Had to have him go beat on the door until the guy came out. He was avoiding, changed his mind. Gave it to his son, but didn't want to tell me. The son took the truck, was driving back to Texas where he lived and wrecked the thing :( Oh well that is how things typically work for me.

FDavid has a 98 QC Long Bed 4x4 5spd 12V with only 90K on it.

Some guys have all the luck.

Actually she just turned 79k, Mark. But I am still kicking myself in the rear for letting a 98 12v 5spd 4x4 with 49k miles go for $11,000. The guy told me it was mine if I wanted it and instead I listened to the old lady and finished my basement

Would this be a bad time to post about the '70 Super Bee that I was *THIIIIIIIIS CLOOOOOOOSE* to getting got $4500?

32K original miles. Sorry it's OT.

How about 48,154 miles on my 1997. Original owner, specifically ordered from dealer, garage kept and covered, only used for pulling a camper and some hot rodding. Never seen snow and only rain a few times. Show room condition.

330k in the trans shop I knew it needed a converter for 80k most say it looks like a 01 or 02 with no miles keep it clean and keep em guessin

I Know of a 93 CTD EXt cab with 38k. it was all loaded with power windows and all. No I won't tell you were it is cause I intend on getting MY hands on it (whatever the cost) :D

I bought my 97 12 valve in 99 with 101k on it. It's only got 160k now. Nothing wrong with it. Just rather ride my sickle. Nice to have a decent ride when I need it, though. :-laf

...

The problem with a low mileage truck like you guys are claiming, is parts rot out when something sits for 8-10 years. . IE: Seals,A/C clutches,u-joints,u name it. . these engines die out if you let them sit... i remember when i had my 94' last year with 75,000 on it. . i replaced Almost every seal on it it sat so long. . drive the darn things. . or sell them! Oo.
