There isn't anything wrong with an electric car (or hybrid or Honda Civic) if it meets your needs. I say let them drive all the electric cars they want because it will leave more gas/diesel for me to use until a viable alternative to the internal combustion engine is developed & brought to market. I haven't seen an electric car that can tow my 14K lb 36ft 5th wheel at 65mph... ...



In all honestly my daily driver is a '85 Toyota P/U because it gets better mileage than my Dodge and is a lot easier to drive around town - my commute is 5 miles so the diesel doesn't even get warm.
