I installed a air horn (note singular) because of idiots with their radios blaring
or windows rolled up and/or not paying attention. I got the Grovers "Emergency" air
horn (I'm a vol. firefighter) and this horn
penetrates even the most god awful music booming from these tin-can-cars now a days.
It's not uncommon for me to come up on someone (from the rear) with lights and siren going only to realize they can't (or choose not to) hear me. This horn has changed all that!!! One short blast is all it takes to get even the most stupid drivers attention!
I only use this horn on emergency runs since
it's the same one put on the big firetrucks.
This horn has a very distinct "blaaat" and Grover only want to sell them for emergency vehicles.
For air supply, I'm using a 80 cu. ft. aluminum dive tank with 130 psi. line. pressure. Should be good for hundreds of blasts... .

Too funny, now I'll have to save up for a set!

Maybe I'll connect it to my ECM plug so DC will get an ear full when trying to flash my ECM without invitation #ad

I installed air horns because around where I live (probably anywhere for that matter)there are always some a$$h0les going to cut me off or something while pulling my 26`TT. Even when I`m not pulling the TT It`s good to give `em a healthy blast from the `ol Hadleys to let `em know I mean business. Some look around expecting to see a semi tractor and it ain`t there. The factory horns are just a tad wimpy for me. I`ve had these on for about two months and love `em #ad
.

Happy dieseling!

Here's a different reason..... I installed my Hadley BULLY air horns for the recovery tank and a source of air to inflate my tires in remote locations..... After I unload my Lance camper, I deflate my tires from 70 psi back to 55/45 for a reasonable ride... When I load the camper back up, I reinflate them to 70/70. The recovery tank is small and it does take a couple of cycles of the compressor to fully inflate all 6 tires but it's a handy method.....
