I have noticed on several trucks, including mine, that the bed doesnt appear to line up with the cab's body panels. It would appear as if the bed is sagging. The lines down the side of the truck just dont seem to line up? Everything id tight and appears correct. Any ideas what this is and how to fix it?

I don't know for sure but I would bet that new Rubber bushings on the cab itself would line the cab to the bed.

You might want to check the archives. There were a series of posts some while back about "leaning trucks".

The problem appears to be that some D250s suffur from the frame being slightly out of alignment. Check the clearance of the wheel well on both front tires-you might find that the drivers side has less than the passengers side.

I had both front springs replaced with heavy duty Moog parts, and it helped somewhat but did not "cure" the problem.
