Why doesn't Geno's Garage give TDR Discounts?

Attention: TDR Forum Junkies
To the point: Click this link and check out the Front Page News story(ies) where we are tracking the introduction of the 2025 Ram HD trucks.

Thanks, TDR Staff

I agree with Rock-N-Rammer. Now that I know the whole story I plan to shop Geno's more frequently. The lowest prices don't mean a thing if you can't get service. I didn't shop dealerships when I bought my new truck because of my past service experience with my '00 Ram. I wish Geno's and TDR the best because those types of businesses are what built our country.

"... Just to clarify, Robert did start the business himself (he did not purchase it). He had a partner at first, but the partner had second thoughts and asked to be bought out within the first 90 days.

That's the whole story... . "

Thanks for clarifying Robin, could not remember exactly what happened back in 2000 or so, maybe that isn't even right . You know time flies when you are having fun :-laf

Anyway, been happy with both Genos, and TDR, and figure I saved money with both. Oo.

From Heavy Hauler, reply #22:
I did ask if Geno's gave any TDR discounts and was informed that they didn't.

I believe if you're an educated consumer, you know if you're getting a good deal or not. Try finding the heavy duty replacement oilpan drain plug for CTD's at your local auto parts store. Some stores don't need to "discount" their prices if they can back it up in other ways. I believe Geno's does this and very well. Do you buy your oil at Wal-Mart like some members do? Do you ask for a discount there? Do you get it? I think Geno's does a great job with good prices. If I don't like their price, I simply look elsewhere.
