REASONS Why is a Cummins Turbo Diesel (CTD) is better than a wife...

--------------------------------------------------------------------

1) The CTD does not mind if you SMOKE (after all, it does [or SHOULD]!!)

2) If the CTD is too loud (yeah right!) you can simply turn it off

3) No one has ever complained about their truck being too heavy

4) It is easy and cheap to increase the size of the CTD's "tubes" (lol!)

5) You don't mind if your friends come over and put their hands on the CTD

6) The CTD won't drink YOUR BEER

7) The CTD will never notice or complain about your weight

8) You can take the CTD up north for the weekend with the guys and they don't complain

9) Cost of ownership of the CTD is definitely lower

10) Performance Mods for the CTD (cause you want it to "perform" different) are never objected to!

11) You can cover/uncover the CTD's rear end as you see fit

12) Your CTD will carry your beer home from the store and not complain about it

13) If your CTD gives you problems, you can sell it and get another one without alimony or social condemnation!

14) Not a problem to trade in an old CTD for a newer model (see 13)

15) Insurance is a lot cheaper on the CTD than a wife

16) You won't get in trouble for referring to the CTD as having a "slushbox"

17) Your CTD won't protest "stacked boxes" - in fact it will usually perform better!

18) It is solely YOUR choice what lube you use with the CTD

19) Getting "hitched" has a whole different meaning with a CTD

20) The CTD does not get offended when you refer to it as "stacked"

:-laf :p  :D  :)

Keep 'em Cummins TDR Members!!

(This is ALL in fun only - please, no flames!)

1. Your CTD actually prefers having a bigger "tailpipe"

2. Your odometer makes it easy to tell if your neighbor is borrowing your CTD when you aren't around. #@$%!

3. Again, your CTD benefits from a wider rear end. :D

4. Your CTD doesn't make snide remarks when you mention bigger rubbers. (tires):D

I'll think up some more after I am around my wife tonight... :-{}

Another... I enjoy it when my CTD rattles on and on... :D

My CTD doesn't get jealous when I check out another trucks rear end/ headlights/stacks/box, etc... . #@$%!

My CTD doesn't call me an ***hole when I mention it needs some headwork done. #@$%!

My CTD doesn't complain about its 4. 02" bore and "only" a 4. 72" stroke! :-laf

My CTD doesn't feel self conscious around models with lower mileage, no matter what I tell her:-laf

I don't mind if my CTD has 26 studs inserted in its head in one afternoon, or anytime for that matter!

The belt on my CTD doesn't get longer as my truck gets older.

My CTD doesn't tell me I don't know what I'm doing when I am using tools on it. Or take the tool away and mutter something about doing it herself... .

My CTD whistles while it works, instead of complaining about how it has to.
