How much power did it make stock? How much with the box turned off? I'm not familiar with the s300g so I can't say if the turbo might be a part of it - but it sounds like you're down at least 100hp.



What kind of dyno was that on?
 
It Made 348. 4 Hp And 850 Tq With The Comp And Performance Chips Programmer At Edges Dyno Days Then I Put Jammer 5 Went To The Drag Comp Fass And The S300g And Made 396 And 899 Will Tires Make That Big Of A Difference
 
I found my missing power after I properly tapped my pump wire (pitched the scotchlock and used a posi-tap).



Could the programmer and the Comp be adding too much timing?
 
Does anyone have a CFM rating for the S300G Turbo? And is that list in your sig complete? Air Filtration System? Gauges- and what are the readings on these gauges? ( that would help out to respond to your question better... ... ... ... .



Also what's the tire size? Gear ratio?
Exhaust size and type? Down pipe size?
Complete that Sig some-more... ... ... ... ... .....

YES I GOT THE WHOLE FASS SETUP

I CAN HIT 53 POUNDS OF BOOST AT WOT WITH 8 POUNDS OF FUEL PRESSER

3. 55 38 INCH SSR I WAS TOLD THAT TIRES DONT MAKE THAT BIG OF A DIFFERENCE
 
Tires DO make somewhat of a difference and by asking a 3. 55 gear to turn a 38" tall tire is a stretch (IMHO)

8psi out of your FASS? Should be higher

Loads of boost- Almost sounds like too much for that turbo's efficency range-Not sure of the Map range for that turbo? Anybody?

Exhaust size? D-Pipe? Exhaust type? Which FASS? (2-types)

Where is the EGT's? This is another KEY question... ... .

Really though, you need to elaborate alittle more info about your truck so this thread doesn't turn into 90+ posts of guesses and arguements... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

The Turbo Has 4 Inch Outlet With A 14 Cm Exhaust And A 65 Mm Compresser
