A question about injector tip sizes

Ebay item.....????

for the last 2 years the entire west at least the rocky mtn region seems to be paying a lot more for diesel than gas, I just looked at flying J's nation wide prices texas for example has about a . 05 cent spread to gas, in utah we are still over . 20 more than gas, ULSD was the excuse but the switchover has already taken place, the gulf and east coast states, didn't have much of a problem switching over someone is ripping off. last time I checked heating oil has been going for cheaper than gasoline on the commodiities market.

may have something to do with sending sigificant numbers of airforce, army, and marine/naval fleets to the gulf region 12 times a year for the last few years... . i'm thinking that uses up a good dose of diesel..... whatdoIknow?

Around here, Diesel is cheaper than gas, but only because gas is thru the roof. At my favorite , a 76 station, diesel is $2. 95, regular gas is $3. 15. At a local Chevron, diesel is $3. 19, regular gas is $3. 25

dont know what part of texas youve been through, but a good bit of the e. tex region maintains a . 15 to . 20 cent price over premium gas. this trend started about two years ago, and started to relax some about two weeks back. about a dime difference around here now. what really pisses me off, i can drive 15 mi to the state line and buy it for . 20 cents a gallon cheaper than here in town. it aint cause of taxes either. .

After hearing your prices, I'm going to quit complaining about diesel jumping up to 2. 79 here in STL, was in the 2. 59 range about a week ago. 'Course, a few months back it was down to almost $2 even! I sure miss June 2002... . I picked up my new CTD with 11 miles on it and diesel was 97 cents a gallon:{

Here in Syracuse it's mostly $2. 85-89. Regular gas is about a nickel less. Premium is about $3. 05. I did see it at $3. 10 at one place the other day! Premium was $3. 33 there. :mad:

I always compare prices to waco texas flying J because that is where I am from, for the most part down there prices have been . 20-. 30 more than gas and currently its very close to being the same, we actually have chaper gas here than waco does, but our diesel is still . 20 more than gas, the reason I am complaining is that up until now we had been paying a consistant . 50-. 60 more per gal for diesel the last year or so, I think its one of the things that killed the resale value on my '02 I sold last year, the west consistantly has the highest diesel WA ID UT and CO are sometimes even more expensive than caliifornia.

Politics

I travel a lot. Its a curiosity to me there is a coincidental relationship to fuel prices and the color labels for voting (elections) in each state.

Probably about 48 different stories. When I travel I make a point to fill up if possible in states with lower prices, and avoid high tax states.

I vote with my feet. Or in this case with my fuel tank.
