there are several mfg's that offer their custom apparatus in 4x4.

pierce and KME come to mind right off.
 
You can get a FL80 in 4x4 as we have a 2001 FL80 at work it"s a flat bed wrecker. Powered by a Cummins ISB with a Allison Transmission. Someone said that the 4x4 option was over $20,000.
 
Pick up a Freightliner brochure. You can order a factory "FL-bussiness class" with 4 wheel drive. There is even a picture of one in the brochure. :)
 
Here's one I saw on the Truck Trader website.
