Why, oh why, won't my LAN printer print?

I have a wireless home network. It consists of two desktops and a laptop. My printer is connected to the desktop I'm typing on right now. I never had a problem printing from my laptop downstairs to the printer on this PC until recently. When I try to print from the laptop or the other desktop, I get an error message. Print manager comes up and says "Error Printing". Printer works fine from this PC. Sharing is turned on. I can manipulate files on this PC from the other two PCs. Printing is the ONLY thing that won't work. I'm ready to explode. Please help!
