Gen-New (totally recondition By Bosch) and Virgins are identical except in Name only. I have sold Virgins and Gen-New side by side for close to 6 years, Prior to 2009 it was next to impossible for Non-OEM builder/buyer to purchase Virgins, The mortality rate is the same less then 2%. House mans are molested Injectors , Bosch NOW has a FIRM policy on sellers ( 1 and your done) if they catch anyone selling under the wrong policy or Jurisdiction , will face administration action That includes TC Diesel. Anyone can call Me for the details.

Identical? With respect Sir, Bosch does NOT sell new injectors as remans. They NEVER have! As stated before, Bosch, for their remans, will re-use the original components from the worn injector, which pass their quality control checks. It is correct that Bosch uses the same hydraulic tolerances for delivering them , +/- 3% (not 2%) , but they still utilize original used/stressed parts. Please review page 1 of this thread!

Failure rates? Same between Bosch Remans and NEW Virgin Bosch??? The failure rate for New Bosch CR Injectors is 3 out of a million. This value is for a manufacturing/assembly defect, which obviously excludes the high number of issues caused post production. The majority of returns are issues that occur AFTER the factory packaging has been opened. That is a remarkable success rate. You will NOT find that success with Bosch remans. No siree!
