Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) WIF sensor

My WIF/H2o drain is leaking. I was wondering if I should replace it or make one with a brass fitting with no WIF sensor?

I have never had a WIF alarm but it is a level of protection.

I replaced the sensor in mine several years ago. As I recall, they are not real expensive.

Replace It...

It's not expensive, and you'll always want to have a way to drain water out of the fuel filter - even if it's a small amount. Don't think that repairing it (O-rings) is feasible.

Should be able to put a new O ring on it.

Thanks for the input ..... I wasnt all that worried about cost ..... I will get another one today.
