A friend of the familys was a dancer hear in Seattle (age 21). She went from a A+ to a C+. Took her three weeks to start feeling better. One year latter she had to go back in becasue one of them slipped to the side and looked real bad (no I never saw them). The second time around she had to go in have it removed wait 3 months and get a new one installed. She now works a normal day job and has had them removed (age 26). She said they were very uncofortable. She wishes she had never done it. She is 5-5 105. had back problems do to them. And said every perv on the street was looking/yelling/stocking her. My cousins wife had a set installed at age 29 she was flatter than most guys and has a small B cup now. She is 5-7 120 and they look like they belong there. She/He loves them and would never go back. I heard there a a few ways to install them one is under the skin and the other is under the chest musles. hers were under the musle. they are supost to stay in place better/longer. She also went through some counseling for 4 months befor. Just like bombs for the truck some are no risk but most will compromise the long givity of the rig. If she has low self worth I would spend the 6k on a srink befor the bombs. Would I like my wife to have a set of bolt ons YOU BET. Would I risk the health of a loved one for looks? NO.



On a side note I have gone through 6 monts of counseling/drugs and I feel a lot better.

The hole family has been behind me the intire time and this make life a lot better for everyone. i wish I would have done it 15 years ago. I had sever anger managemnt problems. But being a stupid man I just thought that everyone was just as ****** off as I was all the time. Glade I did it and I will go back if I have a relaps.

My wife had them,they ruptured,she's had 2 surgeries to remove silicone from her system. They had to scrape her chest cavity,it was very painful. She now has chronic infections and is on disability. The doctors say she probably won't see 50,shes 42 now. This is hard to write but I thought you should know. If she does insist on getting them make sure they are saline and realize that they don't last forever,they all have to be replaced sooner or later.

my friends wife was an a/b went to to full c, she has had nothing but problems and is going back to a/b (5' 7" 135). my wife is a natural dd going to c due to back problems (5' 2" 115). My buddies wifes' doc recommanded conseling before the operation. My wifes' doc recommand conseling but did the surgery first due to the back problems.

Then there is Rocky, Who runs a local bar. She was enhanced at least 2 times. Small girl. I have been told she can carry a case of beer- without her hands!!

She has back pain and was told to go down on size.

This is the tough way-reductions- and involves many surgeries.

Just a little humor, if she wants some self-esteem, get her a Cummins and put the " TWINS " on the truck!.



I wish Her and you well as these are tough decisions.

My wife is an American who immigrated from Korea. Naturally she has small breasts. Her work is physically very demanding, and therefore, given her genetics and hard work she is slim and trim. Much to my delight, even though she is in her mid-fifties she still has the body of a women decades younger. Sure she thinks she has small breasts but I let her know I think she is perfect that way. More importantly, God, thinks she is just perfect that way.



IMHO, there are too many risks involved with enhancements. Meaning ANY risk for the sake of enhancement would not be worth my wife's life or health, period. Happiness and contentment best comes from within her, and you can go a long way toward building and supporting that happiness with your wife. Oh, oh, now I'm starting to sound like Dr. Phil... or is it Ruth... or Dobson..... well never mind, nuff said.

My vote is to avoid augmentation. In my opinion... it's almost like false advertising.



Other folks have already outlined the risks on here so there's no need for me to preach that stuff again.



I agree 100% with Ol'TrailDog. I think it all comes down to psychology... which is odd since they call this sort of elective proceedure 'cosmetic'. Something that is merely 'cosmetic' would be like removing a mole... not something invasive like breast implants.



What have you done to help modify her self image? Since you're the most important person in her life... I'd think she'd respect your opinion. Tell her she's beautiful - on a daily basis.



Like Fireman Dave, I'm attracted to a fine set as much or more than the next guy. But, the end result of getting her chest BOMBed doesn't justify the means. I really think you value her health more than how well she fills out a tube top... make sure she knows that.

Hey DM - don't sweat it. It sounds like it's important to her and you see that importance. It also sounds like you're more for it than you were earlier in the thread. Maybe our little Dr. Phil session has helped you get a clearer understanding of your own feelings about it. It sounds like you've both thought it out and done your homework. You seem to be at peace about it, so that's a good thing - then you can go forward with it in confidence. It's nice that she read the thread and still let's you come on here.

DM sorry if my posts made you sound like a bad guy but I did not really know your guy's situation or anything like that. If she wants it let her have them. AA is pretty small and I'm sure their in a void deep down inside her, maybe she feels depressed at times b/c she feels less female with such small breasts. Kind of like guys with small... you know where I'm going with it. As long as you guys have a good doc, using saline and not going too big, you both should get through it easy. Look on the bright side, when you really want something, you can always say well I bought that rack for you, now its my turn to splurge

Interesting thread.

My wife had the oppsite done 5 yrs ago. She had fought her weight all her adult life & was over 300 lbs. She had probably lost 100 lbs 5 times & gained it back. Well 5 yrs ago she had gastrick bypass surgery & has lost 165 lbs. A year later she had a tummy tuck, arms done, & a breast lift. Basiclly got my wife rebuilt. She works out almost every nite for the last 5 yrs & I can hardley keep up with her now.

We have been married 30 yrs this july. It was $$$ well spent, for she not only feels better about herself, she is alot healthier because of it. Now we can both keep up with the grandkids. Oo.
