I can sympathize with you doug. I am very nervous b/c I just found out my wife is pregnant. This is my 1st so i will definantly be praying for your wife and baby while i am praying for my wife and baby. Trust me i am praying all of the time. May the Holy spirit cover you and your family!!!!

Thanks all for your prayers and support. We just got home from the hospital and the baby is still growing inside of mommy. Although mom is now on bedrest we are very greatful that our newest addition hasn't arrived yet. Hopefully with luck and God on our side we can postpone his arrival at least a few more months!



Thanks again all and please continue to keep us in mind when you are talking with the big guy.

it'll work out......

our second born was 8 weeks premature at a gross wiehgt of 3#11oz. no warning, no indications, he just wanted out.



the little bugger spent 5 weeks in intensive care being spoiled and growing. had to be 5# to go home and those 5 weeks we're forever. BUT, he's now 24 years old and perfectly healthy.



them little ones are really tough critters ! count your blessings and be thankful.....

I'll bet it only seems like 2 years ago that he was born. Looking back, my kids grew up so quickly it's unbelievable. Enjoy them while you can.

My thoughts are with you. My daughter was born Febuary 2nd 2003, she was 12 weeks early. No warning my wife just went into labor and they could not stop it, everything worked out fine but it was a scary time, trust the doctors and be strong for your wife. My daughter was 1lb 15oz. when she was born, they put a breathing tube in to help her for the first 24 hours, after that everthing went pretty smoothly, she was in hospital for many weeks, when we brought her home she was just over 4 pounds. She did not have any complications as a result of being born early and is doing great, she just started walking about a month ago.

My prayers are with you, my wife had six false labors with our only daughter. Doctors were able keep her from having the baby too early. On Christmas day about 12yrs ago we were back at the hospital, doctors decided my wife was far enough along and enduced labor. Had a beautiful baby on 12/26. It has been awhile but I haven't forgotten all that my wife went through. That is why we only have one child.

I don't know if it's quite the same, but my wife miscarried this last week, and it hasn't been good, though things are looking better. If nothing else, it confirmed that I married the most amazing woman in the world!
