Wildcat Diesel??????

Does anyone have a way of getting a hold of Rod at Wildcat Diesel since they apparently shut down? I have an incorrect B1 turbo that he sent to me and need to get it swapped out for the right one. This has been an on going deal for about 6 months now and it has never been taken care of correctly. I am a little agitated about having an expensive turbo sitting on my countertop and not on my truck. If anyone can help me out here I would really appreciate it.

Well dont worry, I have some injectors orderd just after Thanksgiving that I have not seen yet. He emailed me back telling me that everything is ok and Don is running behind, and that he would email the builder to find out..... and nothing came back.



As of tonight I have emailed him back to ask again. It gets old having to chase these people that have your money.



Either Rod does not care or is so deep into something else he doesnt want to take the time to finish the business he did before closing doors.



I know this, I would never order anything from him at any other place because of the way this has been SO mishandled!



If you need his email contact me. I have one that seems to still be working, for now at least.



Rod, if you read this please handle us on these issues. At the very least you owe us that. Very bad way to conduct business.

Thanks for stepping in. I am sure you will make this right, which I guess is wrong in a way because it wasnt you that messed up. Its nice to find people that want to help out no matter what.

Well, I now find out that not only did Rod take my money, he never ordered my injectors.



If anyone else is in the same position please email me. I will compile a list and give this to my lawyer. All I have to say is Rod you have better refund my charges and everyone else's. Fraud is a hard thing to run from my friend!

I guess that was then, and this is now. Looks like he has run off owing either products to people, or taking their money. Either way its not good, and he wont make it right. He continues to blame other people for his mistakes.



With all the laws that govern internet business now, and the fact he is in Canada I am sure some international fraud laws will come into play as well. If you play you will pay!

Just contact your credit card company and fill out a claim with them. They should refund your money. I had to do that for AGR when i got a defective steering box from them and bought another till my broken one was returned but they never credited me the money back.

Wildcat diesel is no longer a TDR subscriber and therefore doesn't have the ability to post on here. If however they do want to tell their side of the story we will post it for them.

I think it is only fair, that if somebody reaped profit from cheerleaders on this site, that they take the heat when things go bad.



It also gives better dealers a chance to step in, make it right, rustle a customer, and reap the rewards of their own pom-pom parade.
