A big thumbs-up to Rod Snaith at Wildcat Diesel. Due to a mistake by HIS supplier, my order was delayed a day in shipping. Rod upgraded the shipping (at no charge to me) so I could have my stuff by the weekend. Talk about a standup guy.

By the way, Rod has a special on 275 injectors right now--$260 for a set of brand new Bosch fuel squirters.

I have dealt with Rod and find him and his business practices to be excellent. Rod will spend time with you on the phone to make sure you are satisfied, both before and after the purchase is made. He is very easy going and enjoys talking diesels(He owns a 24V Ram). His business will become a favorite with us Dieselheads.

I will second these sentiments. I have just purchased a Scotty II system and there were quite a few "logistical glitches" in getting the unit shipped over to Europe from the wilds of Saskatchewan, none of which were down to Wildcat Diesel.

However, because of these delays, Rod even offered to pay the excess shipping charges to meet his obligations made to me, the customer, which I declined. I think it's fair to say it was a pleasure to do business with Rod and I would recommend the company without reservation.

I will add my name to the list of satisfied customers. I have never met Rod in person even though I live about 2 hours drive away from him. Any time I have called he is around the phone or calls back shortly. One time I called and got his voice mail. I left this long message and when I hung up the phone was ringing. It was Rod. Now that is service!!!

I know he has a farm, but I wonder if he has any time to spend outside.

Try him you will not be disappointed. WildcatDiesel.com

I was Rod's customer # 1-purchasing an EZ for the Silver Cloud around this time last year! Lots of goodies since then-all with great service. I have traded a ton of e-mail with him over the last year and a few marathon phone calls-out of these communications this is the impression I have formed of Rod-top notch fella who goes above and beyond the call to keep you happy and things happening. Good to hear everyone else so far feels the same way I do!

Add me to the Wildcat Diesel thumbs-up crowd.

Rod is a very knowledgable, completly customer-oriented shop keeper.

He has gone waaaaaay beyond the call on several occasions to try to track down items that I was looking for.

And is always full of info, and suggestions on what will or won't give me the best "bang for the buck".

Yep, Rod is another one of the great vendors in our little HighPerformance Diesel world.

Kicking this to the top for the word-of-web-mouth value.

wildcatdiesel.com is the URL I do believe.

I have to agree with everyone... I ordered a Scotty III, and he explained in detail about the different exchange rates, and that I might get charged a few bucks more than the actual price because of it, and something else I can't remember, and he said to just tell him how much the difference is,(not provide proof, just tell him) and he'd send me a check for it. Anybody else could have said sorry, about the difference, exchange rates, blah, blah, blah... but not Rod... didn't even consider asking for the money!!!!
