2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Will '02 long bed hitch fit an '01 short bed?

Does anyone know if the factory receiver hitch from a 2002 Regular cab, Long bed, 4x4 will fit a 2001 Quad cab, Short bed 2x4? Bolt on installation or some drilling required?

I believe it should be a bolt on installation.
