Will 275r65x20 fit

I just an 03 3500 4x4 single wheel and was wondering if 275 r65 x 20 will fit without adding a lift kit, they seem to be about 34 inches tall and the factory ones are about 31 inches. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Should fit fine as long as the backspacing on the wheel is right... probably about 6" backspacing would work well. --Eric
