i want to run BFG AT 35/12. 50/16 on some weld sidewinders... I am putting a skyjacker 2. 5 inch lift on the front... . Will 35 tires fit without a problem?

Should i go smaller like 33's?

I will be finding out this Saturday. I'm set to test fit a 315/75/16 Courser C/T, and the shop will have a set of 315's and 305's on hand incase the 315's don't fit.

Cliff its great to see you posting again.

They'll Rub

If you run that tire/wheel (35x12. 5)combo you'll have rubbing issues (maybe even cutting) say if you turn from a street onto a slightly raised driveway. Some new, long links would cure this (I haven't looked at the skyjacker kit yet) I also took a grinder and ground off the sharp point at the bottom of the fenders because thay are just like knives put to your tires. I'm looking at some links from DT products to cure my problems. My driveway drops from road level slightly so I get a nice little reminder that i'm home every night from my tires.

Hope that helps give you an idea of what you want.

I got the skyjacker leveling kit with add a leafs from 4wheel parts... just the kit with poly bushings, dual shock mounts, lower and upper link... . i got it all for 600 OTD

Good deal i think

Well I got my 315's installed today. Keep in mind I'm running 2002 OEM Alloy wheels with like 6" of backspacing. They clear the fenders lock to lock with tollerable clearence, however I'm sure with a good jolt while turning they would rub slightly. They rub on my control arms before lock to lock however, but I'm gonna see about some tubular replacement control arms. I think Rough Country will sell them seperately in stock length. Overall they ride great, I just can't cut REALLY sharp turns otherwise I get a very quick reminder that they don't completely clear! :-laf

I absolutely LOVE the look and stance of my truck now though. Will get a picture in the AM!
