Will 35's fit on my 03

I just bought a 2003 cummins to add to my fleet i was driving it today and cut a gash in one of my rears. So i ordered four new 35,12. 50 R17's my buddy has 315,70,R17's on his 05 so i figured 35's will fit. Am i right?

You might have a very slight rub at full lock on the control arms, but it affects nothing. All it may do is scuff the paint off the control arm, and make a bad racket.
