2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission will a 3500 tailgate fit a 2500 truck

I may swap my tail gate for a 3500 tail gate with the marker lights but will it work and fit?

It is the same except for the lights.

The plug in the wiring harness might already be there on your 2500 but if not it is simple to add.

I have a 3500 and used to have a 2500. The lights from the factory are made to fit in that lower curve. Buy the lighst they can be adapted in twenty minutes.
