Will a CON OFE clutch hold

I am looking at a con ofe for my 06, it has flux 1 and a smarty

I am not going to add any more power. I run mostly on setting 3 but would like to try thhe higher numbers just to see what it is like.

I pull a 5th wheel maybe 10 times a year (6000lbs) and heavy grain wagons out of the fields in the fall. most of this pulling is at an idle because the fields are rough. So anyway my Question is: will a Con OFE hold the power. I have found a place where I can get one pretty cheap.

Yeah, Llyod Mills did something like 700 or 800 hp before he pulled out the OFE for a DD SBC setup.



Tommygun was around 550-600 hp for a long time with his OFE.



I cant even start to slip my FE!

Just fine if you have a 4 wheel drive and can put it in 4 low :-laf

otherwise in 2 hi it is grabby in reverse

I think your OK as long as you are easy on the torq management.



My saving grace was a laggy turbo and not alot of low end torque due to no smarty
