I know the fuel filters are not the same after 96. But, does the later model Prime-Loc still work with the spin on 94/95 emgines?

Good question? I'm going to guess no because I'm assuming the adapter to the original fuel filter housing would be different, but I'm not certain about it.

If you are looking for a 94-96 Primeloc I may have a new one I'd be interesed in selling.

I would think the spin on filters are all the same. The only difference would be the canister filters. If the PrimeLoc has a spin on filter, why would the filters be different? I don't understand.

. . Preston. .

Because the 97's and newer are not spin on filters, they are a canister. The adapter for the primeloc for the 97 canister is probably different than for the 94-96 spin on. I'm wondering how they (Primeloc) adapt to the canister sytle housing?

I figure they are not the same since the model numbers change for the different years. Another fellow on here has a used PL9798, these things sold for $175 new?
