Will Comp or UFM boost fool when off?

Thanks, TDR Staff

Exhaust tip

Steering colume pods

Going to larger injectors which will can generate more boost.

Understand if go over stock boost (19#) codes will be set and it goes into limp mode if no fooler.

With the Comp or UFM installed do they have to be in the ON position ie 1/1 or x/x for the boost fooler circuitry to function?

ie do you have to run with the Comp or UFM ON all the time if you think you are might go over 19# boost?

I read where many run with them OFF unless they need the extra power for specific circumstances (towing etc), do they just not go over 19#?

Thanks,

Bob Weis
