The biggest difference is the turbo. Add any level of injector to the EZ/TTPM on an HO and you need it.

Kieth, would the setup you speak of result in a weaker low end or more turbo lag?

When JD put it on his STOCK 04, he said it spool'd better than the stock turbo. We never tested it on a completely stock truck, just one with a TTPM on it. Definitely gets rid of the surge between shifts too.
