Wooo guys, guys, this is really too much. I just couldn't accept.

I posted so that there wouldn't be any speculation about ... "who piddled in who's cornflakes" sorta thing.

I really didn't anticipate this overwhelming reaction.

TDR has been very generous in the extension (with the help of a nudge or two), and I would hope to be able to pick up the ball then.

Geez, this is gonna sound corny but.....

Any help I've had the chance to pass along is as a result of all the guys, past and present, who helped me along. This is just paying back and hoping that the new guys will pick up the ball after some of us can't.

I always said that the definition of a friend is someowne you can. . "trust with your life, your wife, and your money"... . (not necessarily your CTD though )

I guess I should add a catagory after all this.

Seriously though, I really couldn't accept. Save it for new "nozzles" or something really important...

What the heck is going on. Just got back from my vacation of 2 1/2 weeks and all he!! breaks loose.



For those of you that don't know him or haven't met BushWakr, its your loss. For all the members that do and have helped THANK YOU.

I would have been the first to step up and say hey, your not going anywhere if I could help it. I am glad to see the gang step up and fix things right. TDR is a better place for keeping members like Bob here to share info with. AGAIN THANKS FOR STEPING UP TO THE PLATE.

As for the other thing, Yikes, I was blown away too. Never thought I'd get that response. If it weren't for "the 1st Gen gang" I'd be "incommunicado" right now. Great bunch to say the very least.

And TDR (Robin) was on this like white on rice in the blink of an eye too... . go figure...

People never cease to surprise me ya know...



Anyway, I will check my email in a bit. I'm eagerly awaiting a detailed report on your experiment/trials.

There are a few who are waiting to hear how it went

I just came across this thread, I was away on vacation when you first posted. Sure hope you get your health problems sorted out so that you will run as well as your CTD. Thanks for all the good info you have dispensed in the past. In appreciation of that I am willing to pony up some funds to keep you active on the TDR forum. Also a big thank you to Robin for helping out.

Fishing was good. Lots of halibut, salmon and some prawns.



Moose didn't get me and i didn't get moose either. First time skunked in last 6 years. Seen everything else, wolf, deer, grizzly etc. Even ran into the same grizzly bear twice in one day.



I don't know if you heard about the grizzly bear attack north of Fort St John. We arrived shortly after and the helicopter crew flew him out of the bush said things didn't look good as his guts were hanging out and half his face was hanging. They shoot one of the bears and was looking for the others when we arrived.



Heard the guy survived but don't understand why they have to hunt down the others as everyone knows, you take your chances when in that country and in the grizzly's back yard. I lost a friend from school over 10 years ago to the same thing. They found him, the bear and the 1/4 of caribou lieing side buy side.

Thats the way the cookie crumbles.

Well guys, I discovered that it was all you guys that got me back up and running re: subscription.

This has to be about the finest bunch of people I've ever run into, bar none.

As I understand it, I get the next 2 issues of the mag, AND 6 months access..... OUTSTANDING !!!!!. Oo. Oo.
