93 Will not when hot unless I bleed the injectors. Will start right up when cold. the Injector pump has about 100,000 miles on it.

If I only stop for about 5 min. it will start but has to crank a lot.

Could this be the injector pump. The lift pump has about 7000 miles on it.

First, go to the User Control Panel, and set up your signature so we can see whatcha got. Year, transmission, 4x/2x, cab, etc, etc. Kinda like mine, give or take.

Next, you might post this in the 1st Gen forum to get more exposure.

Check for fuel leaks, and kinks in the return line system. The return line goes around the back of the head and then splits, sending some back to the injector pump, some back to the tank.

It could well be your pump; some have gone 500K; others I've heard of lasting 40K and getting replaced under warranty. A lot depends on fuel quality and usage of the engine. Sitting and/or idling is TOUGH on an engine, esp a B series- they like to work.
