Will Smarty Jr read/clear codes on 2nd gen?

I have a Smarty Jr for my 05 and was wondering if it would work to read and or clear codes on my 02 vp44 rig?

I had a Smarty but sold it for the 02 so I was just thinking that the code reading and clearing function should work between the 2.

Anyone try it and will it work?

This is a stretch but will it adjust tire size for speedo or is that a different program between the 2?

I used my Smarty for my 2004 to read and clear a code on my wife's PT Cruiser. It seems to work on any Mopar with OBD2.
