Will SMARTY work for me?

With the mods listed in my sig, what do you think that I could expect from a SMARTY? I am having some problems with the HX40 spooling slow so instead of wasting money to get a smaller turbo to spool quicker, I am thinking about putting a SMARTY on since I heard that they add alot in the bottom end. Also do you guys think that upgrading my Juice w/ Att. to the HOT version is worth the $100. I dont know what it does for the bottom end. Looking for more power now!:-laf



Also what do you think I can expect to gain and how does everyone like their SMARTY?

works on my truck lol, nah smarty is a great addition and the drag edition or hot version, it changes the defueling point to a higher rpm 3200 i believe, soo it would definately be able to build up quicker

I put it on my truck and noticed a difference right away. There is little to no lag with my turbo and I have the smarty on 2 and the comp on 1x5 for fuel economy. I also put it on my dads 2001. 5 after his EZ took out his IP, (I set it on 2 also) he said that it sounded like the turbo had boost built all the time. It is one of the best mods I have done so far.
