CAn't find out squat on the web about Williamson GAS furnaces.
We are thinking about replacing ours. It is a Williamson model # T-114-18-3 style #151, 180,000 btu furnace. It seems to be built in 1984. Serial # is C8426902.
The Williamson paper says that the first 3 digits are the quarter and year of manufature. (C84 = 3rd Qtr 1984)?
What would the efficiency of a furnace this old be?
The reps are saying an 80,000 btu @ 95% efficiency would be adequate.
This house is 2,400 Sq Ft ranch built in 1963 plaster walls with no insulation
