Wind noise:3rd gen w/cabover.

I've got an '07 reg. cab. which has a slight wind noise w/my popup cabover installed. It was silent before camper and I'm sure the dealer can't help me. It seems that D/C did not extend the weatherstriping all the way back to the rear corner where the noise emanates. Anybody else hearing this or are your QC passengers hearing this? Kinda aggravating. Couldn't hear any of this on my '99,but come to think of it couldn't hear much of anything over the engine. Thanks
