Wind : Rectangle to Parallelogram

Saw an interesting view of the back of a travel trailer driving through Albuquerque yesterday. There were 45 mph wind gusts from the north and I was travelling east. The RV drivers were having a time of it and this rig was flexing so severely to the south that I wondered if it was about to come apart. Sorry that I can't come up with the make but the CTD went by rather quickly. It sure gave me a new perspective of hauling that kind of setup. Just wondering if TT's can be specked to crosswinds. Also gave me new respect for pop-ups.
